After having a MBA degree in marketing and being a successful business man in the field of packaging and timber, he followed his calling very late in life, he became a full time photographer at the age of 42. He is currently enlisted with UNICEF as aphotographer in India and works for various prestigious organisations and ministries. He has done 6 solo shows and his works have been exhibited at Vitra Design MusemSwitzerland , Munech Germany, Shanghai power station of Art , National Gallery of Modern Art and Vienaa Austria. He has won several awards by CNN, Sony world photo, I&B Ministry etc. He was a runner up at National Geographic mission cover shot Although having no formal education in photography, he currently is a trainer with Nikon Inida and has trained over 8000 photographers. He has been a part of several books the recent one Architecture for the People winning an award for best book on Architechture in London. He currently resides in Ahmedabad, India.
